Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must still have its original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@monster-mount.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@monster-mount.com. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost to return the item will be deducted from your refund if you use the return shipping label we provide.
- If you choose not to use our provided return label, you may return the item using your own shipping method at your expense. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note we do NOT refund original shipping charges.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@monster-mount.com.
Important Notes:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Items sent back after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- Items returned without first requesting a return or without following our return instructions will not be processed.
- We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return criteria or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
- By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of this return policy.
