Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages:

Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier immediately.
  • We do not assume responsibility for stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered. We advise customers to ship to a secure location (e.g., a work address, secure mailbox, etc.) to minimize the risk of theft.

False Claims:

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim if we suspect it is fraudulent or if the information provided is inconsistent with the carrier’s tracking data.
  • We work closely with carriers to investigate lost or stolen packages. If we detect any irregularities or discrepancies in claims, we may request additional documentation or refuse to process the claim.
  • Any claim for lost or stolen packages will be handled in accordance with the carrier's investigation process, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the carrier's investigation is completed.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
  • If you realize you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your information before the order is shipped.
